    Stephen, technician, was excellent. The repair company, not so much. He came, diagnosed problem, ordered part, said it would be here in 3 days and scheduled himself to return 2 days after that. Part came and the company began weekly rescheduling. No ability to talk to a human, the AI bots could not tell me why. After 4th reschedule with no notice I finally found a place on website that said the part had not been ordered. I did finally get thru to 3 different customer service reps on 3 different times to explain I had the correct part in hand. The rescheduling continued due to “part not ordered”.     After 4 technicians, (2 from Sears) the tech I had today from Sears finally fixed the problem. He was courteous and efficient. This repair guy genuinely cared about his work.

    I did wait approx 4 weeks total for Sears to get 2 different technicians to my home location.
