Went early this am with my mom. All the ladies were friendly and courteous. Jessica was the stylist and she took her time to accommodate my mother and her difficulties. The wash, cut dry and style was right on point. She engaged my mom and made her feel at ease and heard in her opinions. I will definitely bring her back and spread the work of the great service we had today.

While the quality of my daughter’s haircut was good, the unpleasant younger man who cut her hair made the experience poor. My daughter left crying. If we return we will be requesting the other young woman who was present and also cutting a child’s hair. She was kind and exchanging. Their visit was obviously much better.
Ladonna is the best. Been fortunate to have her 2 times. I just couldn't continue to pay the high salon prices to keep my hair at a decent length and looking good. Great Clips is a real "saver" in many ways. Love the convenience of same day scheduling using the app. I know where I am.in.line and when to leave to arrive in time.
