Great experience getting a new SSD+clone of my old SSD! Good price, EXCELLENT service--not only in the store while I waited for the machine, but after I got home and stated reloading the few prograns that wouldn't allow themselves to be cloned: Microsoft 360 and Dragon Naturally Speaking and Norton Anti-Virus decided to rebel on me, so I had to call 3 times to get advice--but no problem, the technician was patient and gave me new ideas that finally fixed the problems. Very happy! Was so frustrated at these programs, but very grateful to have an expert's help. ?

At least two years ago, I took an old computer tower to Computer Surgeons as it needed a Windows upgrade that I couldn’t perform, and I was thinking it was time for a new machine but wanted to ask, as it was a I7 with strong specs when it was new. They gave me feedback and offered to upgrade the machine and to add a SSD and I think some additional RAM. I authorized the work and then… wow was it fast and worked great! The price was fair and service completed on time. Very professional and friendly service. Now two years plus later the machine is still running great.
