I went to the we yesterday (around 3pm) in immense pain and for the first time I was treated like a human. My nurse, Jordan was incredibly helpful and supportive he made sure my pain was manageable and had the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. My doctor was amazing they had an emergency and he come to my room to let me know that and that he would be with me asap. The staff was caring and helpful. They took my pain seriously and done extra tests to ensure that I was safe to leave. I recently received care at Center Point Health Hospital, and I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The nurses were attentive, took the time to answer my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The doctors explained everything clearly and treated me with kindness and respect.
My husband and I went there for wound care today and had a GREAT experience! The nurses Maureen and Ann were amazing and the provider, Staci was just as amazing! All of them were very personable, professional, and very knowledgeable! We could tell they genuinely loved their job and their patients! Ladies, we can’t thank you enough for all that you did for us today! My husband said he won’t go anywhere else now!
