Buffalo Trace Veterinary Services in Versailles has been amazing with my dog, Cassie. Every time we visit, the staff greets her by name and treats her like their own. They are always patient, gentle, and take the time to explain what’s going on so I never feel rushed or confused. Cassie can be a little nervous, but they handle her with so much kindness that she actually relaxes there. The clinic is clean, organized, and easy to work with for scheduling and follow-ups. I’m truly grateful for the care they give Cassie and wouldn’t trust anyone else with her—definitely a 5-star vet in every way.
So my appointment was at 10:30 and apparently they had over booked me ( I may be wrong) cause they had just got done with a dog so that family left then they were working with another animal and I was waiting in the room for quite a while and had to ask how much longer it would be before my cat could be seen for what was supposed to be a quick visit
