Had a clogged drain that was behind our hvac/furnace system. The water was backing up and spilling underneath the wall to the other side and soaking the carpet in our basement. I called Bob and he managed to fit us in that same day even though they had a busy schedule. Alex (I think that was his name) came by and remedied the situation quickly. He was able to explain the issue clearly to us. He had to cut into the drywall to reach the drain, but put a panel on the wall. He vacuumed the mess up (including the water that soaked the carpet). Alex also gave us advice on a few other things that we may need help with in the future upon us asking. No sales pitch. Very genuine and helpful. He was very professional and we had the best experience with this company! Bob Fish even stopped by and checked on things (the job and his employee!) while he was in the area. Will ask them to do more work in the future and will definitely recommend to others!
There was an alarm on our tankless water heater and my husband was out of town so I was panicking. Bob Fish answered after hours and his son, Bobby, was there the next day. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, very polite (and funny)! The price was reasonable and we will only use this company from now on.
