had appt. for him to come one day and he never showed but did call to say he would come the next. Next day I waited all day and he didn't even have courtesy to call to tell me he wasn't coming....last time i will ever use that man!!

Nevels was used by our builder in 2018 to install all our plumbing and gas lines. We were supposed to receive a direct line to each plumbing fixture per our contract. One of our full baths only received one hot line and one cold line. Even though our contract stated that technically both sinks, the toilet, and the shower should have received separate lines, we instead just asked that the shower have it’s own separate lines to keep the pressure and temperature from changing if the sinks or toilet were used. Sadly, this company doesn't even have the common courtesy to return calls. I was referred to this firm by others so, I thought I would have a decent experience.I called Josh and explained I wanted to add an expansion tank to a hot water heater as well as I wanted to add a gas cooktop lines and hookups to the new home I purchased. I get it that the 1st job was only $225 or so but ultimately I wanted plumbing services for my new home including the gas cooktop, new sink install and bathroom hookups because we added granite tops to two bathrooms.
