Not only that, I had him look at some framing done in my basement by another company I hired for other work. He pointed out the framing wasn’t up to code. I called the Louisville’s permitting office to see if an inspection had occurred (we had a building permit) and found out the other company lied to me about having an inspection. So I set the inspection up, and, sure enough like James says, the framing failed.
I would have never known this if James didn’t tell me! Because of this, framing was fixed and brought up to code and I terminated services with the other company.
