I have used Youart's Concert on 2 different jobs. Eli is great to work with and does quality work. He is on time and is there when he says he will be. Which is rare these days. I used him the first time to repour sections of my driveway and redo my sidewalks. Then I had him do the concrete floor and counter tops for my outdoor kitchen.
