I just made my assessment appointment today, and was surprised they only have 2.7 stars in their review. I have been a client here since I was 18, I am now 33. I had about 4-5 treatments done and noticed a BIG change! At the time of my past treatment, they were still operating with the small machines and I have to apply the numbing cream, I don’t mind the pain since I want the result! I stopped after the fifth treatment because I felt like the results were good already.. about an year ago I called to schedule another appointment because there were some minimal hairs growing back and they were just like before, happy to treat me! I have been a customer since they had a clinic in Brentwood TN. I go a few times a year in the winter and Teresa always remembers me and honors my original contract . The staff is always professional a.d friendly worth the trip to Louisville from Clarksville TN

I've had very good experiences with this small business over the years. Staff is friendly and helpful, answering my questions and providing me with good information about what to expect. I've had pretty good results. Only once have the staff called to reschedule an appointment and that was due to equipment failure. Recently they worked me in for an appointment while I was in town for a short time. Thanks!
