I had always been impressed with Rumpke in the past, but when I asked them to pick up an old mattress and box springs they repeatedly left it on the curb. When I called to complain they split hairs about how the mattress was not wrapped well enough in plastic. When I asked if they ripped a hole in the plastic loading it next week if they would leave it on the road again I was told yes. Is this not a trash pick up service?!Edit: They did finally pick up the mattress, only after I rewrapped it in more plastic than there was mattress. Rumpke has provided great service and good value now for the 5 years we have been using them. Out of the 52 times per year they pick up, over the past 5 years they may have been late or slowed by weather, but they have always provided great service. I appreciate the hard and thankless work that these ladies and men perform.
I absolutely love Rumpke. The service I receive from them is OUTSTANDING. I use the recycling, yard waste as well as regular trash pick up. The men that pick up what I put curbside are very personable, professional, polite, and caring. i feel the fees are reasonable for the services I use. They place the bins back a good distance from the street so they do not blow into the street or hit by cars. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RUMPKE TO EVERYONE.Service: Yard debris removal
