My mothers a/c went out a week and a half ago. This company was contracted by the home warranty company to fix the a/c. Someone came out the first day and told my mother that the unit needed a new transformer and since it was an old unit the part would need to be ordered and they would let her know. This was on Saturday. My mother drove 2 hrs to stay with us because we were/are having a heat wave and she had no A/C. She tried contacting the company on Monday and there was no response. Save your money and go on to someone else...They came out said I had a leak, never looked for leak, charged system and left. 3 days later, I called them again. No response, texted them no response.. finally called someone else.. then they had called me back 3 weeks later asking for a check. I wrote a check to the service tech.. Not my problem after that! They said I need to write another check.. I get it.. the tech took a picture of check.. Screw this place
