They are on time they explain step by step what’s going on , they break down the charge in person helping you understand everything that is needed for your repair, highly recommend them

We highly recommend Hensley’s Heating & Air!! Our Air went out during the hottest week and we hired a different company that left us with no air for almost a week!! We called Hensley’s and the owner came out on a Saturday to see what was going on and sent his guy out asap! They were so professional and explained every little thing to us before and after they did it! We will definitely use Hensley’s for future repairs!!

Highly recommend this company. They have always came when I needed them. Returned home from Cardinal Hill to a house of 48° temperature they were here within the hour and fixed it. Could not ask for better service or nicer people
