I just moved to Somerset and was in desperate need of a haircut. Based on the positive reviews on Yelp I decided to give Larry at the 'Open Blade Barber' a try. I had to wait a few minutes which gave me the chance to check out the very cool shop. I was also highly entertained by Larry's very laid-back dog 'Bear'. This shop is a man cave on steroids. Larry was all business an is obviously highly skilled. Bottom line, BEST HAIRCUT I'VE EVER HAD. I was shocked when he only charged me $20.00 which is way too low for this kind of experience. I am definitely going back and highly recommend this establishment.

Requested style: I was a walk-in because I work nights it's hard to make appointments when you don't know if you will be able to get a quick haircut and get home for some rest. They are always pleasant and are always willing to take time to make sure it's cut how you want it. Awesome atmosphere as well!

Was looking for a barber shop to get a haircut today since my reguarl barber shop was closed. I came across The Open Blade Barber shop in Somerset, KY and thought I would give them a chance and I'm glad I did. The main entrance has everything you need from beard creams to oils, hair care items, hats/shirts and so much more. The chairs and stations are through a door and as soon as you walkthrough their station's setup blow you away with how clean, organized and they have everything they need to cut, trim or shave your head.
