Amazing young man very efficient. Took plenty of time to explain the protection policy to me to see if I wanted to buy it. Let me know that I could always Call Sears for help if I need it. I would definitely want him to work on all my stuff if I need more help. Thank you so much. He was amazing and very, very respectful.

dylan did his best I have spent 2600 dollars on a gas stove that won't preheat right and Thor reps. say that nothing wrong tell me how to bake somrthing that fluctuats 100 degrees very disappointed in this product and they can't service them over a phone. Wife won'teven cook with it she scared of the gas with all the soot in the bottom that wasn't there befor they started repaires maybe someone with more experence could help instead of dealing with factory rep over a phone
