There's a reason for so many one-star reviews. So difficult to get in touch with this office, and yes, the lady that answers the phone (WHEN she answers) is rude and dismissive. Haven't heard back from her since my last call regarding insurance EOB in January (I received the EOB in January) she said they hadn't rec'd it and would call to set up appt when they did. Here it is, April, and still nothing.
I just called, their office recording says they are closed either for a holiday (it's not a holiday today), or lunch (it's 10:00 a.m.). Google shows they are open 9-5 today lol
If I hadn't already gotten my X-rays there, last year, I'd go elsewhere. But...read full review
Very satisfied with my experience with Faith dental. Everyone was super nice and made visits as enjoyable as possible.
Great dentist's! Super patient and nice and quick. I Would recommend this dentist to anyone.
