I want to say that I had no idea how involved a home inspection really is, or at least should be. As a new Realtor, I asked Jeremy if I could accompany him on the inspection to learn more about the process. He explained a lot of information as we went along, and the talking certainly added some time, but the inspection took about 5 hours to complete. His genuine care for doing the job right showed in his process.The report that he provides afterwords includes photos and explanations, but even better, it includes video.
