They were quick to reply to our inquiry and made scheduling a breeze. They did a very thorough inspection and provided a comprehensive report which they explained in great detail! We were fortunate to have them as a resource!

I want to say that I had no idea how involved a home inspection really is, or at least should be. As a new Realtor, I asked Jeremy if I could accompany him on the inspection to learn more about the process. He explained a lot of information as we went along, and the talking certainly added some time, but the inspection took about 5 hours to complete. His genuine care for doing the job right showed in his process.The report that he provides afterwords includes photos and explanations, but even better, it includes video. The user interface for the online report is simple enough. The client can share the report with the agent by just sharing the link. Another great feature is the ability to pick out some items that need attention from the rest and make a separate report for a repair or credit request.Overall, great to work with.
