Michelle went ABOVE & way BEYOND when coming to rescue my atrocious plumbing issue! She was very professional & just and kind & friendly! Michelle done everything she could to make sure I was comfortable & understood what we were paying for.. I learned a lot as she took the time to explain (& dumb down lol) the issues & what would help! Her & Michael are a force to be reckoned with, no doubt about it. This company takes the extra step to even give you the comfort of security, sending a text with pictures of the dispatched plumber! I would 100% recommend Shane Elmore, you can’t convince me there’s another company that cares this much about their customers!
