I have been using Dr. Mike for well over a decade. He and his staff are dedicated to caring for each pet with compassion, care and concern. They are efficient with their services, but above all, show genuine concern in what they do. Dr. Mike has always been efficient, timely and reasonably priced. I have called with questions on numerous occasions. Each time I have called, I have been met with true compassionate professionalism. Thanks Dr. Mike and staff!
Just want to thank Dr. Mike he has taken care of my Maggie since she was 7 weeks old. She had to be euthanized yesterday she was almost 11 years old and my heart is broke there will never be another dog like her she was perfect in every way. Thanks again for everything you did for her.
I am giving four stars because we normally love this veterinary clinic. Dr. Mike and all of the staff that we have dealt with have been absolutely wonderful. However, a recent experience has left a bad taste.
Nicole answered the phone when we had an emergency with one of our dogs and was extremely short, rude, and acted as if she couldn’t be bothered with our situation. I had to ask multiple times for records to be sent to me and they never were. Each time she told me that she was “working on it”. My husband finally went in and had them printed and she was rude to him as well.
