I love Pam and Stacy and my whole family goes here but on last Friday while I was getting my haircut I was a witness to a very unprofessional situation. John the owner got a little upset about something and he went off, first on a certain stylist then to his entire staff. He was loud, rude and very disrespectful to everyone. I am sure I wasn't the only customer that was Very Uncomfortable. The way he acted sure made me glad I didn't have my kids with me.
