I had a health scare with my cat a few weeks ago and the clinic has been a huge help ever since. I was recommended to them by my vet in BG to get him in ASAP. They narrowed down the issue almost immediately and he was feeling better within days.
Their communication is great when he was hospitalized and I never felt brushed off. Gave me two calls a day for updates and sent photos along the way. Treatment was fairly expensive (to be expected, and beyond their control), but staff was good about walking me through each expense beforehand and the estimate was accurate.
Everyone from the front desk to the medical staff was great, many thanks to them!
My 6 month old puppy was hit by a car, and luckily only suffered a shattered leg. The staff has been super helpful since the beginning. Everyone was fun, upbeat, professional and friendly. I can’t thank them enough, I took my doggy to them frantic, and they made sure my pup was cared for every step of the way. It’ll be a long road to recovery, but I genuinely enjoy seeing everyone’s smiling faces when we go back for his bandage changes.
And as far as costs, everything is expensive everywhere. But I know my dog was loved and cared for, and that’s worth every penny.
Amazing service across the board. ESTIMATE provided before my services were rendered. Dr Todd is intelligent and knows what he’s talking about when it comes to these animals. Amazing in clinic gym facilities to get jacked like a horse. My dog even left more jacked than it went in but regrettably kept barking for white monsters for some reason.
