I was a moron and lifted too much too fast too many times while cleaning the house. My lower back was a mess and it hurt, sometimes excruciatingly so, to move around normally. A chiropractic visit didn’t really help much, so I went to see Lonnie.
Within one visit, my muscles were loosened enough that I had no more pain and my range of motion was almost fully restored. After two visits, I was back to full health.
Lonnie was able to identify the groups of muscles that were the source of the problem in my lower back - they were in my lower hips, not my back. He was able to get those to relax and activate, and I was on my way to a full quick recovery.
Always leave feeling relaxed or if my back is giving me issues, in less pain. Highly recommend Lonnie for your next massage!
