White House Clinics - Richmond

I have been a patient for 2 years. This clinc wants you to believe they care. I don't see how they care when they have such a revolving door. Do not go in there thinking you will see the SAME DOCTOR YOU WON'T. I was in every 3 months the first year and never seen the same person. I am trying to change offices, I tried to get a few blood pressure pills. Tell my appointment with the new doctor, and they FAILED to send in any to get me through until the appointment. Causing anxiety and high blood pressure. Witch is not good for anyone's health.

A few wks ago I had to get a tooth extracted and was dreading it, but Dr Reed made the process an absolute dream as far as dreams go for having your tooth pulled. lol. I expected when the numbness wore off I would be in pain but once again I was wrong! I didn’t ever have any pain or discomfort from it being pulled! Since he was gentle at pulling my tooth I decided that I would allow him to fix a cavity that involved my front teeth that I had previously gotten fixed with a different dentist. I was not pleased with the first dentist (at a different location) who attempted to fix the issue. So I let Dr Reed have a go at it. He did a great job indeed! I have been simply waiting for a PA for Meds close to 2 weeks now. I can not even get them on the phone to talk about it. The Admin staff are not the greatest. I can not simply get an answer for my health concern from my Doctor.
