My first time there everyone was so awesome from the receptionist, nurses to the doctor herself I would refer them to everyone !!! Quite nice to go somewhere and feel so welcomed thanks Whitehouse!!

The staff abd dentists are very professional and friendly. I would have given 5 stars but for the fact that my dental Flex card was denied. I asked the receptionist and she said these cards from Wellcare gave not been working right. I called Wellcare and they said that they wrong code is being put in. I spoke with a billing rep from Whitehouse Clinic and she said the the same code is used for medical and dental. I may be wrong, but I sincerely believe that they codes could be differentiated by the IT department. I really would like to speak to someone about this. At seems like it would increase revenue and patients for Whitehouse Clinic.

Dr Sharber is wonderful about advocating for the needs of my child anytime I have expressed concerns. She has always told us if something is worrisome especially with development or milestones and got the referrals for us to help make sure we are getting things fixed. I love the pediatric unit because they have supplies like diapers and wipes on hand in case of an accident.
