My family decided to call them for a funeral. They were willing to stay past closing time to help us. Upon arrival they showed great compassion and empathy. They never tried pushing for a sale, tried to give lower rates than originally expected. They also advised where to get some items at a better rate rather than trying to make a sell. The arrangements they made were beautiful. They have my business and my extended family's business for years to come.
So I ordered flowers for a friend for their birthday! They were delivered and I was so unhappy with them! I called the florist and let them know I was not satisfied! I explained that had gone to them for a need for a funeral and they were so helpful so I wanted to use them again and I so displeased with what my friend had received for her birthday. They immediately apologized for the flowers and explained they had to order a portion of that bouquet and offered to make them again and have the right flowers delivered the next day! The Village Florist will always be our go to place in town! Judy and Angela make the best and most beautiful bouquets and boutonnieres ever! They always go above and beyond to make each occasion extremely special! The flowers for my daughter's wedding this weekend were spectacular. Whether it's for a funeral, birthday, anniversary, wedding or just because, they never disappoint!
