Be Leary when you have a vehicle reposessed from this company they are breaking debt collection practices by disclosing confidential information to people that are not the debtor. Such as phone numbers, addresses information reguarding said reposession.

Very friendly, and will work with you. Only thing I would change, is if they would allow ppl to remove stuff from their vehicle BEFORE they take off of it. It wasn't as much a problem for me because the vehicle wasn't is running order, therefore I had another vehicle I was driving, but I could imagine how difficult this would make it on someone whom which only had the one vehicle that was being repossessed/towed. Customer service is outstanding though, I cannot stress enough... very polite people! I would recommend!

Please retrain the operator that was operating the black 11-16 Ford Super Duty wheel-lift truck on New Circle in Lexington this morning on driving etiquette in a company vehicle. I was already speeding (10 over), and he comes flying up behind me in the left lane. I was passing other vehicles. We caught a red light, and I got tired of him tailing me so I got up to 65 (speed limit is only 45 for the area). I got over in the right, and he passes me. Literally going at least 70. Right after that, he comes up to a car in the left lane, and swerves into the right lane to pass. Almost rear ends a car turning right and had to swerve back to the left almost clipping the right...read full review
