“Shaun does his job exceptionally well, especially dealing with older people like me. I have memory issues and he's happy to attend to my needs for future appointments. My schedule gets busy, but he finds times for my appointments and prints out all of the schedule for me. Then tells me if any of those dates doesn't work to let him know.
I'm happy to be greeted by Shaun. He makes me laugh sometimes. Laugher is good for the soul. I'm happy to be greeted by him.”
