The person at the front counter was very friendly & helpful. I ordered a wool blend winter coat online. I received in a vacuum sealed package. Needless to say it was extremely wrinkled. I took it to Personal Touch. The man at front counter took it back for a quick check to see if pressing it would be enough to eliminate the wrinkles. It would not. By taking this extra step he was able to give me an accurate estimate on what would be needed with a correct cost.They did a fabulous job. And the cost was exactly what he quoted.I will use them again if needed and confidently recommend them to anyone I know.

Had to go to a funeral,they had my guys suit coat,2 shirts,2 dress slacks, and tie ready within an hour. I will continue to go there as they came through for us at a very stressful time.
