I will definitely be a repeat customer with this company. My tech was Eli Stratton and I couldn't have asked for anyone who was as well informed and polite as he was. He was up-front about my choices and didn't try to push anything, he just told me my options. He was very neat and clean, leaving no mess anywhere. Mr. Rooter Plumbling in Richmond is the best customer oriented business we've seen in a long time. They are very professional, friendly, keep you updated, and the work is of the highest quality. Trevor was our Technician and he completed two outstanding job(s). He updated our connections to our water heater and added a wall water outlet box for our refrigerator. Trevor thoroughly explained the process needed to meet our needs, and projected what we'll need for future changes. Trevor sets the example for knowledgeable professionalism and outstanding customer service. Mr. Rooter has the advantage employing this young man.
