We were given a recommendation to Ideal Roofing by our neighbor shortly after a hailstorm. James Cornelison, from Ideal Roofing, was professional from the start. James was on site with our insurance adjuster to ensure all damage was reviewed and covered, which expedited the claims process. The work started quickly after the inspection, and James was on site to follow all the work. His attention to detail was superb and responded quickly to every question. His crew were skilled and respectful of property with special attention spent on clean up. Ideal Roofing is IDEAL!!!
I can’t thank James enough for all his hard work and dedication through the process of getting our roof replaced and covered by the insurance he went above and beyond. Any questions or concerns we had he answered, he came out multiple times to get more pictures for the insurance company. Everything was done without hesitation. The day they came to replace the roof he stayed in constant contact with texts and pictures of the work being done, his team was professional and neat. Everything was covered and if moved it was put back. I was amazed! The finished product looks so good. If you are looking to have your roof replaced I DEFINITELY recommend Ideal Roofing.
