We had Dog Guard of Kentucky install our underground fence four years ago, and it has been one of the best investments we’ve made for our girls! They have been able to safely enjoy every inch of our yard, and the system has worked wonderfully. It even kept our Basset Hound contained—which is impressive!
Their customer service has been excellent from day one. The team has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help whenever we’ve had questions. I highly recommend Dog Guard of Kentucky to anyone looking for a reliable underground fence and outstanding customer service!
Dog Guard Fencing was an answer to my needs! I am a senior who is no longer able to take long walks with my dog. I have an acre+ lot and installing underground fencing was just what we needed to let my dog run free the whole periphery of our home - front, back and both sides of the yard.
I have only had to call for service one time in almost 3 years and Drew was quick to respond.with a new collar for my dog! After I purchase a product Customer Service is extremely important to me and Drew delivered!
I could not be happier with Dog Guard of Kentucky! Thank you Drew!
I was VERY skeptical that this type of fencing would work with my escape artist dogs that live to run the neighborhood. After calling 2 other companies, Dog Guard has the best pricing and guarantee.
Drew assured me it was worth trying and walked me through the training over the phone. The install was finished very fast, even cutting the line through the driveway was quick. Drew worked with each dog, teaching them the boundaries and then with me to understand how to continue training. A skeptic has become a believer! Drew has quickly answered every text and phone call, great customer service! Highly Recommend!!!
