    Chris carefully customizes his approach to each individual client and their specific needs. I have several old injuries that he has to work around, and he is very attentive to this. He is constantly adjusting the training sessions based on what my range of motion can tolerate. Chis has lots of helpful advice for nutrition and supplements as well. I have been very satisfied with his work and would definitely recommend him. He is very positive and works hard to keep you motivated and at ease with training.

    I have had many years of diets & different suggestion on how to eat when you work out , Chris can explain to each person how what when & why he is a very intelligent man. Work outs are Tough but nothing easy if you want results! I am going into my 4 week of 2x a week@ a hour each time I feel great, can’t wait to continue & see some great results. Chris also knows how to help you incorporate other workouts into your week. I am a 1st degree BB he is trained in this, so he understands how important it is for me to continue with my martial arts also.

    As a female, it is very important to me to go to a trainer who I feel comfortable with. Christopher is professional, respectful, and hilarious. What I like most about Christopher is that he knows how to motivate me and makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals.
