We had ARC put a gabled roof where there was a flat roof before and increase the pitch of another flat roof. They reroofed our entire house (metal roof), and they installed gutters and new windows. Our total invoice with ARC is in the $20,000 range. The owner, Bobby, and his worker, Brian, were always friendly and helpful. We didn't talk to the other assistants as much, but they were always respectful. We have had them come back out to fix gutters after the gutters pulled out from snow and ice. Advanced Roofing and Construction was recommended to me by a colleague when I had some storm damage. The job required a complete reroof and ceiling demo and replacement. Having previous history in the construction business, I am what one of my friends called "the customer that I would never want to work for." I know what to look for and am not afraid to point out flaws.Working with contractors in KY has been a nightmare.
