Thank you Doug (manager)!!! I went through the car wash next door and stopped to use the vacuums. When I was ready to leave my car wouldn't start. I walked up to a worker to see if they could try to jump my car. The employee, I didn't get her name, was very nice and came over to help. My Honda battery is a bit tricky to get to so she asked her manager to see if he could help. He was able to get to my battery and jump it! He also took the extra measure to check my battery life while I was there. It needed to be replaced so he had me bring my car around. Fastest oil change I’ve ever gone through, and the whole team was thorough, friendly, and professional. I’m new in town, and the owner went out of his way to give me helpful recommendations for other car services. I’ll definitely be coming back — outstanding customer service!
The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. They suggest services that need to be done, but not push for them. They are very thorough in what they do. Positivity all the way around.
