To the lady with the troubled experience. I can assure you that “the way you look” I’m assuming you mean the color of your skin, had absolutely nothing to do with the way the situation was handled. It is company procedure to check on clients when 10 minutes has elapsed after their session is over, to make sure you haven’t fallen asleep or hurt yourself, so they can get other people into the room. You didn’t lock the door and also hadn’t fully closed it. So when the employee came to check on you and noticed the door wasn’t fully closed how where they to know you would be half naked. I had a problem accessing my acct after the scan cards were done away with. The manager at Radcliff called the office and had them reset my acct and send me a code to reactivate, all while I was in the tanning bed. Problem was solved. Thanks so much.
Been coming here for years and by far the best sun tan city. Always smiling and friendly and very clean. Call u bye your name to! And big shout out to Melissa and Chassity for helping me locate my lost AirPod, I would recommend everyone to if you want to tan, hands down the best!
