I always have a good experience at Jim's Car Wash in Radcliff. I like the fact that their prices have not increased even though others have. They even wash the front of your car before you go through the automatic car wash. I am a repeat customer.

Issue after issue with the sticker and the card reader. Today, I had issues once again and no one came out to assist. I ended up renewing my membership with the new car wash down the street. It’s awful that this is a persistent issue with the card readers, personnel and nothing is ever done.

Can’t beat the price, but consistency among the attendants could really use some work. Sometimes I show up and the person working sprays the car with the foam before going in, they’ll say hi, smile, and get a tip before we go in. Other times, like yesterday 4/1/23, I brought two cars through, one in the morning and the other at about 5pm. Neither of those times did the person working appear to be engaged in anything. They didn’t spray the car. They barely looked my direction while entering the wash. It was the minimum effort required to operate the wash. I usually feel satisfied after leaving, but yesterday was disappointing to say the least.
