Outstanding service from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed. They made the entire process quick and easy, and even threw in an extra service at no additional charge, which was a really nice surprise. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Jim’s Express Car Wash to anyone looking for great service and a quality wash.
Dedicated lane for GSA vehicles. Very polite and professional staff. Bug wash brush when you pull in, free vacuum, microfibers, bristle brushes, windex, and all purpose cleaning spray. My new default for car washing and detailing.
