Nick really seems to know his stuff. We have had him here at the house a few different times. He put my unit back into shape. The only issue I had was that the parts took about 8 weeks to show up. Not his fault. Yet no matter how many times I called the office asking about parts not a single time was I pushed away or was rude to. The office was always polite and ready to get me an answer. My unit is now quite once again. It did sound like a plane trying to take off, now I can’t even hear it. Thank you Nick and Ireland for showing me quality still exists in companies.
