Great service ! Chris was the technician that AAA sent out and he was awesome. Got my truck started right up with no issues .I’ve seen bad reviews on this place but they were absolutely great for me!Side note : On the other hand AAA sent a different company out here before they called Gold City towing. The first company they sent out here has wonderful reviews “ merciful towing “ And the technician they sent out here when I needed my battery started at 5:30 in the morning it took them an hour And a half to even get out here and I was told it will be 45 minutes and when the technician got here he couldn’t get my truck started. We've used Gold City several times over the years and they are always prompt and professional. Last night, in the middle of a bizarre series of events, my wife broke down in subzero temperatures. Gold City got out to us quickly and the driver that showed up was so incredibly nice and helpful despite the horrible weather. 10 out of 10 would recommend if you're in need.
My called AAA for tow service on my car and I requested this tow service.Kenny the tow driver arrived and hooked it up for a flat bed tow due to flat tires.He was professional and respectful and I could not ask for better service from this company.I did have a gentleman last night from this tow company who was unable to tow it due to another issue with the car. I did not get his name but he was very professional and respectful as well.Thank you so much!!!
