Baptist Health Urgent Care - Radcliff

This facility falls under the VA community network of providers for urgent care. I’ve had to rely on this facility’s staff and resources 3 times in the last 7 years. The process is very user friendly. Each time I am checked in right away and called back for vitals/initial screening within 5-15 minutes. I am the taken to a patient waiting room and seen by a NP or doctor with 30-60 minutes of being in that room. I can’t recall ever waiting over 1 hour to be treated and leave the facility. Handy place to have nearby when you can't get in to see your regular doctor. Checking in at the front desk was simple, and they got us back to a room in reasonable time for a walk-in clinic. The nurses and doctors listened well and explained things plain and simple.

AMAZING care team. I’m not sure who I saw, however she was absolutely fantastic.
I had to have an extremely not fun procedure done, and she was so amazingly gentle and kind, as well as empathetic and compassionate. The medical field really needs more providers like her.
