“Steve Eddington and his staff were wonderful in handling a very complicated "remote access" issue I had recently. Not only did they quickly get it resolved, but they did so with patience and made sure everything was up and running within hours of being notified of the problem. Since I only work remotely for the law firm as a billing manager, it was extremely critical to me to be back up and running!Kuddos to Steve and his support team for their handling of my remote access problem! Best around!Becky Brown - Billing ManagerSheffer Monhollen & Tackett, PLLC.”
