Prestonsburg Health Care Center is an amazing facility with a tremendous staff and managers who go above and beyond for their residents and families. The building has one of the best therapy and activities programs, with a fantastic staff that takes great care of the elders, employees, and the building. It is a fantastic place for rehab, with a very clean and caring environment. The workers are always willing to help and answer questions, and they treat the residents like family.
