Very disappointed in the very straggly bouquet my husband ordered from this place for right at $100.00. His thought and kind gesture were and are priceless. This place is a joke! If I could post a pic or knew how to post one, I would!

I ordered flowers on February 13th to be delivered to my sister the next day. The lady who took my order told me they had over 100 orders that weren’t made yet but she could take my order and it would be delivered before 3. I called the next day around 3 due to non delivery and was greeted with an attitude and was told to call again in an hour to remind them to make my flowers and deliver them. I called back in an hour and they hadn’t put my flowers together yet but would do it now. Once my sister got them she called to thank me and told me the woman who delivered the flowers were rude. & to top it off the flowers that got delivered were not what I ordered. Purchased a bouquet of flowers to be delivered for Valentine’s Day on February 13th. Got a call at 8am on Valentine’s Day saying the flowers couldn’t be delivered because it was too far (I’m 10 miles from the store and had already paid for delivery). I said I understand and ask for a refund, the lady insisted she would just make the bouquet and it would be ready for me when I got there if there’s anyway I can make it down there today, I ended up agreeing to come pick them up myself.
