Needed to get my car in somewhere asap to have transmission fluid changed. They had me drop my car off the next day. Very polite and discussed costs upfront. Transmission is now shifting smooth.
I have one vehicle that requires some expertise. Heavy's got my problem taken care of and it was done very professionally. My car was taken very good care of and I was updated during the work. Nice clean shop and very courteous. When this particular car needs anything else, it'll go to Heavy's.
Had an emergency, were straightforward and honest, charged me great price to tow and drop off vehicle at dealership which I paid for ahead of time. They said in the end would save me money and it would probably end up there anyway. They drove me to enterprise to get a rental too. Vehicle Was delivered as promised next day despite weather and they could have made an excuse, seeing as they already got paid and it was just a verbal promise. I appreciate straightforward and honest work that keep their word. Recommend them. Lots of 90s nostalgia too, gratitude decore.
