This is a report of the second time I thought to call Mr. Younce. My drain was plugged and I thought it was the septic system. Mr. and Mrs. Younce both spoke with me. They were very kind. Mr. Younce questioned me about the drain system and told me it was a problem in the house. He could have come here and pumped, but was considerate enough to talk about it first.
