By far the best customer service I could’ve received when servicing our dishwasher. Could not get a callback from another company. GE scheduled the appointment for the next day. I called to verify, but he was going to be leaving town. Ran by same day. Dishwasher was repaired in 5 minutes!!! Fantastic!!

Upon arriving at my house this man made a smart remark by informing me that he had been to my house before, and the lady that lived here had 30 cats. I smiled Nicky and informed him that I was the same lady and the cats still lived here. He came in to the house, looked at my refrigerator for about 2 minutes. Informs me he will have to order a part. Says he will get back with me and leaves. Two weeks go by and I try calling multiple times with no answer. My husband calls. He says part isn’t in yet. Three weeks go by. My husband calls on a Friday. He says he will be here on Monday or Tuesday. On Wednesday after he never returned we tried calling multiple times again....read full review

I do not recommend this company For any repairs at all. This is a very unreliable company Better Business Bureau is going to be called on this company. I've been dealing with a guy named Tim for over a month and a half. he is always saying I have to order the part, or I have to check for the part, but he never gets back with you. I called him about seven times and on the 8th time I called he forgot who I was. I had to go through the whole situation again. He is very unreliable
