Had an appointment he never came. NO SHOW, NO CALL. All my moms stuff has ruined in her refrigerator and now she is going without one. Please SAVE yourself the trouble and DO NOT go with them. They WONT even call or show up!

Apparently Frigidaire has their warranty service contracted with this place. I've had 2 service calls scheduled, both have been a no call, no show. The phone number 606-899-4349 goes straight to voicemail 24/7, or at least it has for the past 2 weeks. TO THE OWNER: YOU NEED TO CONTACT FRIGIDAIRE AND CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT SO THEY CAN FIND SOMEONE WHO WILL ACTUALLY PERFORM THE SERVICE CALLS!!!!

4 days to do a 2 and a half hour job on my refrigerator… burnt my floor in 5 places…and after all of this…the job is still not done…called LG and said this guy is not coming back to my home . Don’t let this guy work on your refrigerator .
