“I wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had with this amazing florist a few weeks ago, (especially the Owner Louella.) We live in Dallas Texas and have lots of family in Pike county but primarily in Phelps. I had a special cousin who is still ill and has been in The Pikeville Hospital and a Nursing home in Phelps. I found Family Ties on the internet and was influenced by there 5 star reviews. My cousin is a huge UK Basketball fan and I wanted Louella to design something unique with the theme being Kentucky Wildcats. She designed an amazing door wreath that completely exceeding my expectations! She also was so kind and delivered it to the Nursing home in Phelps. What an incredible experience we had with Family Ties Florist. I would rate them a 10 if I could. I will always use them for all my floral and special projects in the future. Louella is a great Talent!!“
