Poor communication (lack of is a better description), sales guy blames owner when jobs aren't done, workers are late and barely do any work. Our fence was quoted as starting in 4-5 weeks and only after 3 months did they start. Nearly 5 months later and it isn't completed and the first section they did has several issues that still need fixed. They also completely forgot to nail in a support board on the gate and can't even cut the boards correctly. And getting anyone to answer messages or phone calls is all but impossible. Horrible communication & shoddy workmanship! I signed a contract June 2, 2023 for my fence to be installed in 4-5 weeks. Mid July I hadn't heard anything from them so I called and was told they were behind due to the weather and would be out in about 2 weeks. Called again in mid August with no response. They finally showed up in mid Septemer and put the posts in. This was on a Friday and they said they would be back on Monday. They were a no show on Monday nor did they return calls. They did show up on Friday and did the front section but did a horrible job. The purpose of the fence is to keep my dog in & as you can see there is an area my dog can easily go under....read full review
Do not work with this “company”. They were quick to come and do my estimate and take my money but after that they never showed up to do any work. They will dodge calls and not return any calls you leave them.
