Dr.Cecil and his staff are the best. I highly recommend anyone needing to see an optometrist--visit East Kentucky Eye Care to have Dr. Cecil attend to your vision issues. He is the BEST!!!

I've been going to this location since I was a child and it was with Dr. Osbourne. I was initially worried about seeing a new doctor when I moved back and learned they had changed, but they quickly put my concerns to rest. All of the staff is very kind and thorough. They were able to identify and fix an incorrect prescription I had received while living out of town- my eyesight was so much better and I had no more migraines. I was also given education on potential ailments because of my severe myopia that I had never been told before.
